ISVA Voluntary Service Senior Scholarships
We offer $1,500 voluntary service scholarships for graduating seniors. The scholarships will be awarded primarily on community service and citizenship. Other factors, including academics, will be considered only secondarily. This scholarship honors those who have chosen to serve their community, though the type of service is not limited in any way.
To be eligible for the ISVA Voluntary Service Scholarship, the applicant must:
Currently reside in the Village of Indian Springs
Be a graduating senior (or home schooled) or recent high school graduate
Plan to enter an institution of higher learning (2 or 4 year or vocational) in the following fall for the first time
Truthfully complete and timely submit the attached application
Submit application before March 21, 2025

ISVA Awards Four Scholarships
Each year the Indian Springs Village Association awards scholarships to High School students who are graduating and planning to go to college. They have to meet rigorous scholastic & community service standards. We received many incredible applications and were reminded of the intelligence, persistence, and kindness our students possess. The scholarship committee, like most years, had a difficult time selecting our winners. Thanks so much to all students who submitted their applications.
For 2024, we're excited and pleased to announce that these scholarships will go to four outstanding, graduating seniors, Megan Orr, Alexa Tran, Macie Mize, Jessica Bazaldua, and Krishna Venugopal.
Our award winners were heavily involved in numerous service projects in and around The Woodlands. Several organizations, committees and residents all benefited from the tireless service these incredible students provided.
We presented these scholarships at the May 2024 ISVA Board meeting at 7 pm at The Woodlands Township. CONGRATULATIONS, Megan, Alexa, Macie, Jessica & Krishna!
